never implied i was rich and your argument, that they should be free is self-centered. you probably don't even know the first thing about creating mods. you really think that, the time that goes into creating mods should just be free because you dont wanna pay for them? thats not how it works. most of these mods are below $20. thats a meal give or take depending where you are. if you want to play the game without them then dont pay for them, simple. you arent forced to pay for them, there isnt any reason they should be free.
